Description
The BB3 Series SDV is a rugged, API 610–compliant, multi-stage between-bearings pump engineered for the toughest high-pressure services. Its axially split, dual-volute casing and opposed-impeller groups deliver hydraulic balance across flows from 50 to 3,000 m³/h (220–13,209 U.S. gpm) and heads of 200 to 3,000 m (656–9,843 ft) at pressures up to 420 bar (6,000 psi) and temperatures to 205 °C (400 °F). Center-line mounting, ring-oil lubrication, replaceable wear rings, and optional sleeve/tilt-pad bearings ensure long life and ease of maintenance. Designed for oil fields, pipelines, fluid injection, power plants, and other high-pressure applications, the SDV series combines durability with precise hydraulic performance.
