Description
The BB2 Series DSP is a heavy-duty, API 610–compliant double-suction, single-stage horizontal process pump designed for the most demanding industrial services—from refinery charge and utility boosting to high-temperature process duty. Centerline-mounted with a radially split, double-volute casing and enclosed impeller, it delivers flows of 100–4,200 m³/h (435–18,200 U.S. gpm) at heads of 40–350 m (135–1,150 ft), temperatures up to 450 °C (845 °F), and discharge pressures to 40 bar (580 psi). Ring-oil lubrication, axial thrust compensation via double-suction impeller balance, and optional fan or water cooling ensure smooth operation. Top-top nozzle orientation (or custom layouts), jacketed casings, and double-ended shaft options make maintenance and integration seamless for chemical, petrochemical, oil-field, and power-generation applications.
