HB-01F/S series of high temperature protection for the front end air cavity back end water cavity cooling structure, is a product designed for special environment, in high temperature environment, cavity through circulation cooling water cooling, front end compressed air form air curtain, can take away part of the heat, can also keep the window clean, the product can be applied in high environmental temperature, a lot of dust.
The water-cooled shield housing has a water cavity, input cooling water from the rear end inlet, discharged through the outlet at the front end of the water cavity, taking away heat and withstand an ambient temperature of about 200 ℃. The front end of the shield has an air cavity, introduced from the front air inlet. The compressed air can take away part of the heat through the shield inner cavity and discharge from the exhaust outlet, but the compressed air used is generally only coarse filtered in the workshop. It is recommended for users to add a fine filter before the compressed air enters the shield.
