The ATV Subsea Through-Conduit Double Expanding Gate Valve is a high-integrity isolation valve engineered for demanding offshore and subsea oil & gas environments. It provides true double block-and-bleed capability, delivering zero leakage from both upstream and downstream sides—even under full differential pressure. Its full-bore through-conduit design ensures minimal turbulence, low pressure drop, and smooth pigging operations.

Built to withstand high pressure, high temperature, and deep-water conditions, this valve supports depths up to 3,000 meters. It features a forged, bolted body and bonnet, bi-directional metal-to-metal sealing, hard-faced sealing surfaces, and a reliable rising-stem design. Actuation options include ROV operation or electric actuation. Manufactured according to leading industry standards, the valve can be customized in materials, end connections, and configurations to meet project-specific needs.
