Constructed using premium stainless steel grades such as SS304/304L, 316/316L, 904L, 321, and 310, Valor demister pads are capable of withstanding extreme temperatures up to 150°C, while maintaining structural integrity and efficiency. The mesh design offers a large surface area, high void ratio, and low pressure loss, which ensures maximum gas-liquid separation efficiency.

Each unit is customizable with pad diameters from 500 mm to 6000 mm, wire diameters between 0.15 mm and 0.29 mm, and thicknesses from 100 mm to 400 mm.
