Rotary Gate Valves
Small-bore, quarter-turn subsea rotary gate valve with metal-to-metal sealing, designed for chemical injection and deep-water control applications.
ATV’s Subsea Rotary Gate Valves are compact, highly reliable quarter-turn valves designed for chemical-injection and control-fluid applications on subsea Christmas trees and production manifolds. These valves feature a robust metal-to-metal sealing system that ensures gas-tight performance while maintaining low operating torque. Built for long-term, maintenance-free service, they are field-proven with a large installed base (TRL-7). They comply with stringent standards such as API 17D and API 6A, and are validated for deep-water operation, with design capability reaching up to 10,000 ft. Their construction allows flexible configuration options, multiple actuation types, and material selections suitable for demanding subsea environments.
