PTFE lined sight glasses provide safe, reliable, and clear visual observation of process media within pipelines. Two main configurations are available — Double Window Sight Glass and Full View Sight Glass — each suited for specific process monitoring needs. The Double Window Sight Glass consists of two opposite glass windows mounted on a fabricated metal body, allowing operators to perform quick spot inspections of the process fluid, check flow conditions, and observe color changes or contamination. Its design ensures pressure integrity while maintaining complete visibility of the internal media.

The Full View Sight Glass, on the other hand, provides an unobstructed 360-degree view of the process stream. It is ideal for applications that require continuous monitoring of fluid flow, such as confirming line cleanliness, detecting blockages, or observing reaction behavior. This type of sight glass offers a simple, effective, and economical way to verify flow conditions without interrupting operations.
