Orbit Ball Valve
The Orbit Ball Valve is specially engineered for extremely harsh service conditions, offering frictionless opening and zero-leakage shutoff performance. Its all-metal structure, fire-safe design, and ability to handle extreme temperatures from -320°F (-196°C) up to 1112°F (600°C) make it ideal for both cryogenic and high-temperature environments.
The valve’s unique non-friction rising stem operation ensures minimal wear and long service life, even in conditions involving abrasive or contaminated media such as sand or short fibers. It also meets NACE standards for sulfide stress cracking resistance, ensuring suitability for sour gas and other corrosive environments.
Manufactured to API 6D, API 600, ASME B16.34, ISO 14313, ISO 10423, and ISO 17292 standards, Orbit Ball Valves are available in NPS 2–24 (DN 50–600) sizes and ASME 150 to 2500 pressure classes, with a variety of end connections to fit project needs.
