Flush Manifold Plunger Pumps are specially designed to handle challenging fluid conditions such as low lubricity liquids (e.g., deionized water) and high-temperature fluids. These pumps are engineered with additional flush ports that allow circulation of liquid between the high-pressure and low-pressure seals, thereby enhancing seal longevity and minimizing maintenance.

Flush pumps retain the core configuration of standard plunger pumps, including inlet and outlet ports, but feature an additional set of flushing ports integrated into the manifold. This design innovation makes them ideal for demanding industrial applications where seal life and equipment durability are critical.

Flush-style models from Cat Pumps are denoted by the letters “C” or “K” at the end of the model number (e.g., 781K).
