The Damcos™ Local Power Unit (LPUM), engineered by Emerson, is a compact, self-contained hydraulic power source designed to provide reliable local control for valve actuators in marine, offshore, and industrial applications. Built for durability and precision, the LPUM delivers efficient hydraulic pressure for the operation of Damcos™ hydraulic actuators, even in remote or independent control scenarios where centralized power systems are unavailable. The LPUM allows operators to locally open, close, or stop valves using a dedicated hand-operated or motor-driven hydraulic pump. Its modular and rugged construction makes it ideal for critical valve control in demanding environments, ensuring safe and dependable performance under extreme conditions. Designed for easy installation, integration, and maintenance, the Damcos™ LPUM is available in several configurations — including manual, pneumatic, or electric-driven options — to meet various operational requirements.
