The unique and patented design of the Damcos BRCF HT actuator offer high torque for your most demanding marine valve needs. It is our smallest and most powerful single-acting actuator designed to meet the requirements of large valves and valves requiring high torque in a small footprint. The torque range is from 4000 to 16000 Nm. The Damcos BRCF HT series is designed for all vessels and offshore applications and covers the sizes 4000, 8000 and 16000 HT
The Damcos™ BRCF HT Single-Acting Actuator, developed by Emerson, is a heavy-duty hydraulic spring-return actuator designed to deliver high-torque, fail-safe valve operation in demanding marine, offshore, and industrial environments. Built on the proven BRCF actuator platform, the BRCF HT (High Torque) model provides enhanced torque output while maintaining compact dimensions and reliable performance. The actuator uses hydraulic pressure for valve opening and an integrated heavy-duty spring to automatically return the valve to its fail-safe position during pressure loss — ensuring safe and controlled shutdown of critical flow systems. Engineered for precision control and maximum durability, the BRCF HT actuator is ideal for operating ball valves, butterfly valves, and other quarter-turn valve types in applications that require fail-safe operation under extreme pressure or temperature conditions.
