The ATV SPA HIPPS (High Integrity Pressure Protection System) is an advanced safety solution designed to protect pipelines, processing equipment, and plant infrastructure in high-pressure oil and gas environments. HIPPS is a Safety Instrumented System (SIS) engineered to prevent overpressure events by rapidly isolating pressure sources before critical thresholds are reached. ATV provides both mechanical and electronic HIPPS solutions, available as individual components or fully integrated skid-mounted systems for easy installation and seamless plant integration. The system is supported by full lifecycle services including factory and site testing, startup and commissioning, safety assessments, upgrades, and SIL certification.
A HIPPS is a Safety Instrumented System (SIS) that protects pipelines, equipment, and facilities from overpressure by automatically isolating the pressure source before critical levels are reached. As a fully integrated system provider, we support our clients from the earliest stages of a project. Our standard scope includes internal IFAT and SAT of the entire HIPPS safety loop. We also provide comprehensive startup, commissioning, and field services, including system upgrades, safety assessments, and SIL certification for both new and existing facilities.
