The Through Conduit Expanding Gate Valve is a robust, metal-seated gate valve engineered to deliver reliable shut-off and minimal flow disruption in demanding applications. Its full-bore, through-conduit design ensures unrestricted passage of media, making it ideal for pigging operations or high-flow pipelines.
It offers bi-directional sealing, redundant stem sealing, and options for single or double expanding configurations for enhanced security and sealing integrity. Built with forged or cast bodies and constructed from carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex alloys, and nickel-based super-alloys, this valve is suitable for extreme pressure and temperature conditions. It supports manual, electric, hydraulic, and pneumatic actuation and is widely used in onshore/offshore oil & gas, transportation pipelines, FPSO systems, pig launchers/receivers, and heavy-duty industrial environments.
