Through Conduit Slab Gate Valves
High-integrity, through-conduit slab gate valve built for large-bore, high-flow, high-pressure and high-temperature applications — offering robust sealing, in-line maintenance, and piggable full-bore flow.
The Through Conduit Slab Gate Valve is a heavy-duty isolation valve engineered for demanding pipeline, industrial, and offshore applications. It uses a through-conduit (straight-through) design that allows unobstructed flow when open, minimizing turbulence and pressure drop. The valve is built with a forged or cast body and bonnet, and employs metal-seated, bi-directional sealing with redundant sealing configurations.
With a rising stem, T-shaped joint between the gate and stem, and anti blow-out/anti-static safety features, it is suitable for high-pressure, high-temperature service environments. It supports full or reduced bore, soft- or metal-seated sealing, multiple end-connection types (flange, weld, hub, etc.), and various actuation methods including manual, electric, pneumatic, and hydraulic.
The fire-safe design and double isolation/double-block-and-bleed capability allow it to meet rigorous safety standards. This makes it ideal for pipelines, FPSO systems, injection lines, or critical shutdown and isolation functions across the energy, petrochemical, and industrial sectors.
