Rising Stem Ball Valves
A heavy-duty, top-entry rising-stem ball valve designed for high-pressure, high-temperature, and high-cycle industrial applications. Offers bi-directional sealing, long service life, and low-torque operation.
The ATV Rising Stem Ball Valve is engineered for demanding service conditions such as frequent cycling, high pressures, and wide temperature ranges. Its rising-stem mechanism lifts the ball away from the seat during operation, ensuring no contact between the sealing surfaces. This reduces wear, provides a self-cleaning effect, and lowers operational torque.
The valve is available in full-bore or reduced-bore configurations, with soft or metal seating options. It supports a wide range of materials including carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex, super-duplex, and nickel-based alloys. End connection options include flanged, compact flanged, studded flanged, or butt-welded ends. It can be operated manually or through pneumatic, hydraulic, or electric actuators.
Designed in accordance with API and ISO standards, the valve is suitable for oil & gas, petrochemical, and critical process industries. Optional customizations such as cryogenic design, high-temperature variants, stem extensions, and corrosion-resistant overlays are also available.
