The Welded Body Side Entry Ball Valve is a heavy-duty, trunnion-mounted valve engineered for large-bore, high-pressure pipeline and industrial systems. Designed with a forged body structure and a welded closure, it provides maximum structural integrity, minimized leak paths, and enhanced resistance to pressure and mechanical loads.
Its side-entry design (available in two or three pieces) allows for full or reduced bore options, offering bi-directional sealing with both soft-seated and metal-seated configurations. With features such as multiple redundant sealing arrangements, spring-loaded self-relieving seats, and Double Block and Bleed (DBB) capabilities, the valve delivers exceptional reliability and operational safety.
Additional safety features include anti-static devices, anti blow-out stem, and fire-safe construction in compliance with major global standards. This valve can be customized with various materials, end connections, and actuation types—making it ideal for pipelines, LNG service, gas or water injection systems, pumping stations, shutdown operations (SDV), or motor-operated valves (MOV).
