DBB Ball Valves
A compact, heavy-duty double block-and-bleed (DBB) ball valve designed for surface oil, gas, and pipeline applications, providing dual isolation and a bleed port in a single robust body.
The ATV Surface DBB Ball Valve is a trunnion-mounted ball valve engineered to provide reliable bidirectional shutoff and safe cavity venting in a compact, efficient design. Built with either a forged or cast body and closure, the valve delivers double block-and-bleed functionality, offering two independent isolation barriers and a bleed port for pressurization checks or safe venting.
Available in both full-bore and reduced-bore configurations, it features redundant static and dynamic sealing options to maintain performance under extreme pressures and temperatures. The valve supports a wide selection of materials, end connections, and actuation systems, making it suitable for critical service in surface facilities, platforms, pipelines, and isolation systems. Optional metal seating, special coatings, extended bonnets, and full qualification to international standards allow customization for demanding industrial requirements.
