Top Entry Ball Valves
A heavy‑duty, trunnion‑mounted top‑entry ball valve designed for large‑bore, high‑flow applications — allows in‑line maintenance and suits oil, gas, LNG, pipeline, and industrial service.
The ATV Surface Top‑Entry Ball Valve is engineered for demanding industrial applications—including pipelines, offshore platforms, LNG systems, pump and injection systems, and high-integrity safety systems (HIPPS, ESDV, SDV, etc.). Its top‑entry design with a bolted bonnet enables easy field maintenance without removing the valve from the line, even in tight or vertical piping layouts.
The valve is available in cast or forged body/bonnet configurations to meet project requirements. It supports full or reduced bore, and offers a variety of sealing options (soft‑seated elastomeric/thermoplastic, or metal‑seated) depending on the media and service conditions.
Construction materials span from carbon or low‑temperature carbon steel, stainless and duplex/super‑duplex steel, to high-performance nickel-based alloys (e.g. Inconel, Hastelloy, Monel) and even titanium — with optional treatments such as overlay cladding, electroless nickel plating, or hard-facing for metal seats.
The valve meets major industry standards (e.g. API 6D / API 6A / ISO 14313 / ISO 10423) and can be customized to project‑specific design pressure, material, end connections, and special requirements (cryogenic service, double block & bleed, extended bonnet/stem, etc.).
Whether manually operated (handwheel/lever/gear) or actuated (electric, pneumatic, hydraulic, gas-over-oil), the valve delivers reliable performance, bi‑directional sealing, fire‑safe and anti‑static features, plus anti‑blowout stem for safety.
