The Surface Side-Entry Ball Valve is a robust, high-performance quarter-turn valve designed for reliable isolation and flow control in demanding industrial and oil & gas surface applications. Its compact trunnion-mounted design allows stable operation under high pressure and high flow conditions while maintaining smooth torque and tight shut-off.
Manufactured as either a 2-piece cast body or 3-piece forged body construction, this valve supports both full bore and reduced bore designs to suit different flow requirements. It can be configured with soft seats for clean media or metal-to-metal seats for high-temperature, abrasive, or corrosive services.
The valve offers wide flexibility in end connections and material selection, including carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex and super-duplex alloys, nickel alloys, and titanium. Optional corrosion-resistant alloy overlays are available for improved durability in aggressive environments.
It is compatible with manual, electric, pneumatic, or hydraulic actuation and is suitable for critical applications such as pipeline isolation, emergency shutdown systems, injection lines, pump stations, LNG facilities, FPSOs, and processing plants.
Designed and manufactured in compliance with major international standards, this valve is fire-safe certified and suitable for sour service environments.
