All-Electric Subsea Actuator
A compact, efficient, 3,000 m-rated all-electric subsea actuator with API 17H interface, predictive monitoring, and optional fail-safe battery.
The All-Electric Subsea Actuator (AESA) by ATV is a retrievable, drop-in electric actuator engineered for demanding subsea applications. It is compatible with multiple valve types including ball, gate, rotary gate, choke, and control valves, and uses an API 17H Class 1–4 ROV interface. Designed for long-term deepwater service, it operates at depths up to 3,000 m with a 25-year design life.
The actuator features a compact, lightweight, and power-efficient architecture that supports high reliability and low maintenance. It includes integrated predictive condition monitoring, modular electronics, and flexible power supply options. An optional trickle-charged battery pack enables fail-safe operation or energy buffering for critical scenarios.
