Needle Valves
High-integrity subsea needle valve for chemical injection and control lines — compact, low-torque, metal-to-metal sealing, and rated for deep-water use.
The ATV Subsea Needle Valve is a high-performance, precision control valve designed for demanding subsea environments. Built to deliver reliable isolation and flow regulation in chemical injection, instrumentation, bleed, and vent lines, this valve combines compact design with low-torque operation, even in deep-water conditions.
It is available in multiple configurations, including Single Isolation, Single Block & Bleed, Double Isolation, and Double Block & Bleed. The valve supports a wide range of end connections and features a non-rotating, self-centering, anti-galling tip that ensures excellent sealing performance and extends service life.
Its robust construction includes metal-to-metal body-bonnet sealing, primary metal static seals, thermoplastic stem seals, and elastomeric environmental barriers to prevent seawater ingress. An anti-blow-out stem adds an extra layer of safety. Qualified to industry standards such as API 17D, API 6A, and API 6DSS, the valve benefits from field-proven technology at TRL-7 and is engineered to deliver a long, maintenance-free operating life.
Operating across wide temperature ranges and suitable for depths up to 3,048 m (10,000 ft), it can be equipped with various operator interfaces including X-bar, Y-bar, T-bar, or ROV paddle.
