Crosby OMNITRIM Pressure Relief Valves
Crosby OMNI-TRIM Direct Spring Pressure Relief Valves offer reliable overpressure protection for air, gas, vapor, liquid, and steam applications, with Series 900 for fixed blowdown and Series BP for variable back pressure, featuring customizable designs, easy maintenance, and compliance with global standards.
The Crosby OMNI-TRIM pressure relief valve is the proven solution for overpressure protection and/or thermal relief applications on air, gas, vapor, liquid, and steam. Its simple design makes it ideal for refineries, chemical and petrochemical plants, power plant auxiliary systems, and pulp and paper mills. Series 900 OMNI-TRIM pressure relief valves provide overpressure protection on air, gas, vapor, liquid thermal relief, and steam service with a maximum fixed blowdown of typically 20% or less. Standardization of components in the OMNI-TRIM provides easy assembly, durability, ease of maintenance, and lower inventory costs. The design and wide array of options provide maximum versatility and premium performance. Series BP OMNI-TRIM pressure relief valve is a piston, single trim designed valve for gas, vapor, and liquid applications involving variable back pressure with a full nozzle design and O-ring seat as standard.
