Keystone Figure 427 Chain Wheel
The Keystone™ Figure 427 Chain Wheel by Emerson provides safe and convenient remote manual valve operation for elevated or hard-to-access installations, ensuring reliable performance and durability in demanding industrial environments
The Keystone™ Figure 427 Chain Wheel, engineered by Emerson, is a manual valve operating accessory designed to provide safe, reliable, and convenient remote operation of valves installed in elevated or hard-to-reach locations. It is specifically developed for use with Keystone butterfly valves, but is also compatible with a wide range of quarter-turn and multi-turn valves requiring manual actuation. The Figure 427 Chain Wheel allows the valve to be opened or closed by pulling a chain loop, transmitting rotational motion to the valve stem or gearbox. This enables operators to control valves from ground level without the need for ladders or platforms — improving safety and accessibility in plant and industrial environments. Constructed from rugged, corrosion-resistant materials, the Keystone™ 427 Chain Wheel is built to withstand harsh operating conditions in industries such as oil and gas, chemical, marine, water treatment, and power generation. It is available in multiple wheel diameters and chain lengths to accommodate various valve sizes and mounting heights
