Fisher™ 3025 Spring Opposed Diaphragm Actuator
Fisher 3025 diaphragm actuators provide small to medium thrust output for Fisher sliding-stem valves, including the easy-e™, HP, EH, and 461 valves. The 3025 is capable of long strokes of up to 200 mm (8 in) and includes bias springs to allow for a mechanical fail mode. Direct or reverse-acting operation is also available.
The Fisher™ 3025 Spring-Opposed Diaphragm Actuator, developed by Emerson, is a robust and versatile pneumatic actuator designed to provide precise, reliable linear motion for control valve applications. This actuator is engineered to convert pneumatic pressure into linear thrust, ensuring accurate valve positioning in response to control signals for both throttling and on/off valve operations.
The Fisher 3025 actuator utilizes a spring-opposed diaphragm mechanism, providing a dependable fail-safe action—either to close or open the valve upon loss of supply pressure. Its compact, rugged design ensures consistent performance in harsh industrial environments, including refining, chemical processing, power generation, and natural gas industries.
Constructed from high-quality corrosion-resistant materials, the 3025 actuator offers long operational life, minimal maintenance, and stable control response even under severe service conditions. It integrates seamlessly with Fisher control valves and accessories, delivering a complete and efficient flow control solution trusted by process engineers worldwide.
