The Damcos™ Block System, developed by Emerson, is a modular hydraulic control manifold system engineered to operate and monitor Damcos hydraulic actuators for marine, offshore, and industrial valve automation. Designed for maximum reliability, flexibility, and safety, the Block System provides precise control of hydraulic flow to ensure accurate valve operation, even under the most demanding environmental conditions.
The Damcos Block System integrates control, monitoring, and safety functions into a compact and durable hydraulic manifold. Each block can be configured for local or remote operation, enabling efficient system design and simplified installation across multiple valves. With options for manual override, position indication, and fail-safe operation, the system offers both operational flexibility and built-in protection against pressure loss or power failure.
Constructed from corrosion-resistant materials, the Damcos Block System is built to perform in harsh offshore, marine, and industrial settings. It’s compatible with all Damcos actuators, System Power Units (SPUs), and control systems, delivering a complete and integrated valve control solution trusted by operators worldwide.
