High Performance RGD Elastomers are a premium line of specialized sealing materials developed for the extreme demands of the oilfield industry. These elastomers are engineered to perform in the harshest environments, including high-pressure wells, aggressive chemicals, and extreme temperature fluctuations ranging from -63°C to over +300°C, withstanding pressures up to 15,000 psi. Ideal for critical sealing applications, they are fully compliant with NORSOK M-710 and API 6A standards.

Custom Sizes and Machined Seals:
CAAST offers O-rings and custom seal profiles up to Ø 3000mm, either molded or precision-machined without tooling costs.
